Emma - Clinical Director
Emma BVetMed CertAVP MRCVS Clinical Director

Just as is true of our other Clinical Director, Meera, Emma worked for Corner House as a locum before she took on a permanent role. Emma fitted in well with our little family and decided to stay on as boss – a worthy place for her as her passion is clinical excellence!

Emma graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2008.  She started her career here in Devon working with pets (including exotic pets), farm animals and horses. Emma developed her interest in the pet side of veterinary practice and gained both a General Practitioners’ Certificate and a Post-Graduate Certificate in medicine.  After a spell away with family, Emma returned to the veterinary world as a locum – including working here at Corner House.

In her free time, Emma volunteers as chair of trustee directors for a preschool and nursery, and as a governor on a board for a federation of schools. Emma is passionate about exotic animals - between children and feathery or scaly pets, she has a full house!
